    Default crosstools, where are they?

    SxU

I've been wandering around, finding crosstool for EZX family (E680g). There are some, yet some other are also missing (MKEZX, openEZX, and another one)

Can anybody give me proper explanation what crosstools do exist, what they are, and where I can get (sith some links are dead)

    Best Regards

#i hope i could upload all game emulators in proper-brief thread soon

    Hi,

as far as i know all crosstools are based on Dan Kegel's "crosstool". You need only to built a toolchain for arm-iwmmxt thats compatible to moto ezx.

There are some toolchains you can use and save lots of time.
A good starting point is this side:

    Crosscompile - OpenEZX

Or you can use samr7 crosstool in cygwin enviroment.

That's why I take Linux, because what does not fly can not crash.

Or in plain linux environment: The sdk (means the necessaries qt/ezx headers / libs to create graphical fancy apps in qt)

Use together (i guess ) with mkezx .
Let me give you an mkezx (iwmmxt) toolchain, you can just download it at:
Free File Hosting Made Simple - MediaFire (let me know if the link don't work, as mediafire is currently down for maintenance).
(i also compiled easily a good iwmmxt OABI cross toolchain with ezx-crosstools-0.6, see Crosstool for EZX at samr7's blog: Least Significant Bits)

There was some kind of opensource programs repository (absolutely not exhaustive!!) there, I (again!) cannot check the link for now as it seems to require IExplorer...
    --> ilove680i.ys168.com
Also here in the forum, there are some sources!! Especially a thread named "native EZX apps and code sharing" ("code sharing" on the search box should help), but i dunno why, they are generally hard to find. Yes, it's strange...
