Question The record does not exist

Good time of the day to all Motorola users all over the world!
My e680->e680i plays a dirty trick with me: for no visible reason, the phone book records became impossible to be opened. "Sorry! The record does not exist!" message alerts as I click on a phone book record. My incoming caller's ID is not being recognized. Messages folders are being displayed as empty. Events from calendar are not being displayed at the home screen. This mess starts at approximately 30th second since startup. Master reset does not help. In the contacts tab, as I click on memory status, the following screen appears.
Any suggestions or hints will be highly appreciated.
