You will not see the 7 files its inside the config**.mtf just copy the file to the phone & tap it.

If you use this config file be sure to shift to other theme b4 using usb storage mode coz it is using a theme in diska which will cause your phone to hang in usb storage mode.

u saved my $250. really appreciate. there is one more problem. after upgrading with china mobile , my bottom link of desktop were changed and the setup link was replaced by chinese content page.I update CG35 as refered in this forum guide to get rid of that link. The link is removed but it doesnt add new link, so it left with a blank with 3 links in bottom links. How can i add my desired link in that missing link as the first 2 link of bottom are disabled in home screen setup.

Hello all,
first of all sorry to all for not updating this guide on regular basis. A regular update needs time and i really dont have much on me. I'll definitely appreciate if mods or admin update it at any time when they feel like. only thing they need to take care is updation of revision history accordingly in first post. this will help me tracking the changes.

that said, i want to say sorry to all who asked a question but i couldnt respond. but at the same time i must say thanks to all of those who are there to help new users at anytime for any level of questions. i really appreciate it.

I have updated the title of guide. i have added a new section which include some troubleshooting related tips in the form of Q&A. i hope it helps.
i have also updated the list of apps and links in title post.
updated all firmware related sections to usage of AAP as this is the latest unbranded firmware.

have a look and tell me if any correction needed.

pnoykenshin, aap is a bit faster I think (though I'm not sure, it got slower after installing various things,) but as far as I could tell the A2DP sound quality was way worse. If you flash it tell me what you think of the A2DP sound quality.

yeah, I'm just wondering what would be the best firmware for watching videos with the ht820, since regrettably there's a slight delay in audio from video on ABP. if you say that the sound quality is way worse, i dont really mind, as long as that static doesn't pop up.

ummm, that's what I meant, that that static, sound distortion thingy in the semi high frequencies seems to be a lot worse, but maybe it was just me, or my luck since I'm the only one to have commented on it. I can't use the headphones for video anyway. I love the quality of videos on eplayer, can't stand the choppiness of realplayer, but eplayer won't support stereo headphones, so I use the wire headphones for watching vids.

Or did you find a way to get the headphones working with eplayer? if you did I'll love you till the end of time, no matter who you are or what you look like, even if you turn out to be some homocidal sprite.
