first of all, you dont need to use linloader to use telnet. ThreeSearch comes with auto acmattach. just put acmattach.txt using mass storage mode as instructed by Chiennk(study the readme that comes with thresearch cg33 package) and then chenge usb mode back to modem and connect usb cable again. now u can telnet.

however, if you want to use linloader then
in essentials package, there is a manual installation package of linloader. try that.

optionally, use neo installer (two packages available, one mtf and other manual install) and follow the instructions if u install it manually. it will also tell you how to use a neo app.

if u have neo installed and neo apps working, only then current linloader will work for you.
else, u need to manually install linloader.

sorry but can you be more specific....I can't find the acmattach.txt or how to do it with 3search cg33. There no readme that come with the firmware that i downloaded from. I got my guide from the forum.

ok, here i try to b more specific. you can try any of these solutions.
just two precaution,
1. make sure that you have usblan drivers installed(and patched if you are using my provided version on xp).
2. always care that you have selected modem as usb mode in setup, before trying to telnet.

now try any/all of these 2 solutions.

1. using acmattach.txt

I assume that you are using a CG33 version of ThreeSearch that supported auto acmattach. just copy acmattach.lin from essentials package. rename it to acmattach.txt. put this on root directory of phone in usb mass storage mode(usb drive of phone, not mass storage). change the usb mode to modem. reconnect usb cabel. try to telnet.

2. using manual installation of linloader

i am assuming that you cannot install or use neo installer or neo version of linloader for any reason at all. so uninstall the previously installed linloader(click/hold and then select uninstall).
now as you have no other linloader, i reffer you a manual installation of linloader. please use the manual installation of linloader provided in essentials package. follow the instructions available. when linloader installed, use acmattach.lin now by selecting "open with" and select linloader. connect your usb cabel and try to telnet

Ok, this is crazy, when i install like java games or aplications it work, but when i want to install eplayer or VGB or Snes or any other aplication that u guys make and try to run it, it wont work, it just do nothing...

i was trying to see if i installl other aplications, it will work or not, then i donwload some games and aplications y guys have in the seccions of java aplications and games... it all work perfectly but the others aplications u guys make it wont work.... i am getting little frustrated here, i try just reflashing it without any of the CG33 and CG35 flashing updates, tried to install the neo and the eplayer, i restart my phone and then click in the startup.lin, after that i try to run the eplayer and it do nothing....

i really dont know whats going on...

do i need to install something so the aplications like eplayer will play?

i reflash with the latest firmware
i have the Linloader (i installed manually and tested with the tester)
i install the Neo c
i install the aplications (eplayer or BoosBuster)
i restart my phone
after that i run startup.lin and then try to run the aplications
but still do nothing,

do i miss something important or do i need to update the CG33 and CG35 in order for the aplication to work?

in my case, when i install neo application, i usually click on the application once before restarting the phone. in my observation, the eplayer 1.4 when i click it after the reboot, it took quite awhile before the app runs in.

i use the cg33 cuz this cg will run the startup.lin automatically when u boot the phone

I think i am getting crazy,
some how updating the CG33 by threesearch
i choose ThreeSearch_C5_AB_CG33_unicode_chinese_phonetic_editable_gaintable_vibrate_startup_1.2

i think this was a newer version? anywas i updated it and everything worked bewtifulll!!!

1.3 is latest version of CG33 that i tried. mainly i like it due to addition of binary utils and bash2 on telnet.

anywayz, congrats...now things r working 4 u. well i think the problem was somewhat related to "startup.lin" not sure however.

EDIT: Please check your PM, i just want to diagnose the real problem. it may help someone else.

I already install qonsole. When I tap the qonsole icon nothing happend. Why? I also install the Eplayer. When I tap the icon, my phone display my phone wallpaper and hang. I must shut down my phone to back to normal. What is the problem? What is the purpose of theEplayer?

eplayer plays MPEG files at its best. and supports a lot of other formats.
are you sure it hangs? try to hit CAMERA +and thenEND_CALL button.

if it really hangs, there is some problem. i cant say what it acctually is.
qonsole takes few seconds on first run. if it doesnt, i really cant say what can be the reason.

also which eplayer are you using? with .7 you need to open the file and not the player, and with 1.4 you should get a window for choosing a file to open. Also if you try to open a file which eplayer can't read it can seem to hang sometimes...
