    Default ePlayer b7 Neo-Package

I'm rather surprised that I've not yet seen a neo-package of this (maybe it exists somewhere, but I've not seen it).

So, I decided that this would be my first neo-package.

Now no need to download both the pkg and mtf files, just download this neo-package and install it on-the-fly.

    REQUIRED -
    1) Motorola E680i (may work on the E680/A780, but I don't have these phones to test if it works)
    2) Rhizod's Neo-Packaging System (get it here)

ePlayer b7 - a media player for the E680i based on the Linux mPlayer. Lacks a GUI but plays mpg, avi, mov, etc. at 30fps.

To play a media file with this player, open the file with ePlayer b7.

    Keys:
    Volume Up/Down - VOLUME UP/DOWN
    Play/Pause - CENTRE BUTTON OF NAVI-PAD
    Fast-forward/Rewind - NAVI-PAD
Mute/Enable Sound - GAME A (The button to start RealPlayer)
OSD (On-Screen-Display) - GAME B (The button to start Radio)
Close - CAMERA BUTTON + HANG UP BUTTON

After you open a file, you will not hear any sound. Press the GAME A button (The button to start RealPlayer) to enable sound. No need to plug-unplug the headset anymore.

    Download Link

After the download page loads, click Download Now and then choose a server to start the download. Resume not supported.

The Backlight does not recognise this application so it automatically blank out after 30secs....Change the Backlight Sleep Time in the Backlight setup to say 10 min and the screen will blank out only after 10 min.

hey sandman, thanks for your great effort!

I saw in ccmove.com that a config file regarding to eplayer can be changed.

eplayer\.mplayer\config... it can change the default volume; brightness..etc

but I can not find any location and file as their mentioned. Can you help me ? I use your neo version to install eplayer, is it related to neo version or my wrong process?

Please forgive my poor english. thanks a lot!

Open the jar file with a compression utility (like WinRAR) and then in the folder 'Neo' lies the '.mplayer' folder and inside that, you'll find the 'config' file.

If you have installed eplayer on sd card, the config file is here :
    /mmc/mmca1/.system/java/DownloadApps/MIDlet20009/Files/NeoInstalled/.mplayer
(or perhaps in another MIDlet folder)
Change "rotate=1" to "rotate=2" and your screen will stop to be upside-down.

The Rhizod's Neo-Packaging System and the Download link doesnt work anymore, does anyone have the link? When i click on the link it says I'm not logged in, but really I was. Does anyone else have a problem accessing the link?
