Hey Sandman I need some help. After using your modified CG35 the China mobile start-up & powerdown animations and related services were finally gone, however i noticed that the Opera browser which was renamed Monternet was still Monternet. Is there anyway to revert its name back to Opera browser?

Anyone else has noticed this? Or did I miss out something...Thanks

Yup, Opera is still called Monternet, and File Manager is called My Favourites. But regardless, I quite like the ABP firmware. Now if only I can get my Chinese character set back without sacrificing the other improvements, I'll be one very happy Moto user.

do i have to back up data before flash into E680i using C5.ABP firmware?
for example contact (phone book) or other things??

My Pinyin board is now in english but zhuyin board is still in chinese characters. The fm radio default sound is back to the earphones. The memory usage is much lower than the C5a4P. After uninstalling some chinese games coz I can't read chinese, my memory usage is down to 38%. I only left 8 games on my phone.

For E680i ->
1) Modified CG33 can be flashed in 2 ways...either by replacing the original one while flashing with PST or by using Cyph's flashkit.

2) Modified CG35 can be flashed in 1 way...copy the CG35.smg to the root of SD/MMC card, telnet to the phone and cp /mmc/mmca1/CG35.smg /dev/tffsa
(Do not replace original CG35 with this one during PST flashing. Cyph's flashkit not needed)

For E680 ->

1)During PST flash, replace original CG33 with modified PATCHED CG33 from http://sourceforge.net/project/showf...ease_id=372594
(ThreeSearch_C5_AB_patch_E680_CG33_unicode_editable_gaintable_startup_1.1.zip)

Yes, everything will be gone after the flash, so you'll have to back up the stuff you want to keep.
