I don't think posting in other languages than English would be harrassing nor offending. There are things to note by the poster, however :

1. If you can speak English (even if only a little), please please please do so.
2. If you cannot speak English AT ALL, and wish to make new post in your own language, please mark the subject with a language indicator. [Vietnamese] or [Tieng-Viet] would do.

I don't know if admin would agree with this.

Btw, even Yantz tries and posts in Bahasa Indonesia/Melayu in my Indonesian forum everytime. I know it's rather difficult for him, but we really appreciate his efforts.
