New Flash info needed

hey i just got my phone and i want to flash it but all the links in the guides are out of date.. can someone please upload some new files for firmware,appz, and any other files needed for flashing and so on .. please i bet there is alot of us that can use this.. also a fresh walk through would be great. i have spent hours searching for files online like new firm ware and all i get is some bits and pieces. like
