the screen is white when i on the phone. but i can still hear the sound when i touch the screen. that means there nuthing wrong with my phone rite..only my lcd

im from malaysia. Anyway... is the cutomer service only service phone with warranty? i mean..if my phone wont be covered by the warranty (cause it was dropped), can i pay the customer service to service my phone?

I'm pretty sure they should be able to service any - even old - Motorola phones ... Not sure about the price/rate, tho.

no what i mean was...does it provide repairing service even for costumer without warranty card? means the customer must pay for it
