my e680i hanging on ((phone will change to mass storage)) from 4 days until this moment and my phone hang on boot logo screen and print on screen when i conected my phone to my pc by usb cable: i need any software can allow me to bring my e680i in master reset or format it by key bad i cannot acces in phone options::::::::help plz
