URGENT Friends pls help frm India

hi friends im using MotoE680 model and the phone is tottaly freezed.. i try to power off and on it works but now complete gone/dead...im receving calls but the phone is totaly blank...white colour display nothing on it..i had try to reeboot with camKey+VoldownKey+on/offkey.....nothing works it always comes in a plain white display...pls friends anybody..help me..thanking u in advance..

press vol down+power+camera and try a reflash...even if it just shows blank screen. btw, whr in india r u frm...
