Hi,
Anyone tried to install this SW thur bluetooth? When I install the SW thru bluetooth and select E680 phone configuration, during bluetooth setup, it prompted me this error: "com port configuration error".

Has anyone experienced such problem before and any idea how I can overcome this problem?

are u using the driver that comes with windows xp?
that hpapaned to me before when i was using xp's bt driver
change the driver to the widcomm one should work

Thanks.. I loaded the default driver from the USB BT dongle.. CADMUS. Don't know if it's XP driver..
Anyway, is this the driver you recommend to use?

It works for me thru bluetooth, using widcomm drivers, but im on e680i, and i think bluetooth spp is required for syncing thru bluetooth which the e680 doesnt have.

Btw, can we use the sms function in mPT thru e680i bluetooth spp connection? Would be cool if we can do that. No need to use the visual keyboard or handwriting pad.

i always send sms through my pc when i am home...
much easier than tapping on the screen

When I was using Sony Ericsson T610.. I was able to sms on PC and Mac thru BT.. very very convenience..
Now struggling to sms on E680..
