Hi All,

I enabled the quadband ability and confirmed it. Now I am in Fiji where it is GSM 900, and I cannot connect to the network. I talked with Cingular to make sure my account didn't have an internation block. I fear my SEEM edit did not really work even though it reported back quadband.
