lang and shop (ships to EU)

I had a lg p7200. It was a good phone but I lost it after 6 months.
When I was looking for a new phone, i saw the E6. But I can't find alot information about price etc.

Can someone tell me if there is also a dutch language on it?
And where can I buy him?

The shop needs to ship to Belgium. I prefer the lowest price, because I am still a student and don't have alot of money. I also prefer a shop located in Europe because the VAT in Belgium is very high, it will be 30% (if it isn't even more).

I'm almost sure there is no Dutch language available on the phone, since it's only sold in China. There is English, however. On sunday, I can check it, because my E6 will arrive then.

My father is bringing mine back from China, so with a little luck that will save me import taxes. Your best bet is http://www.hks-mobile.com/ , I guess. Their affiliated with this forum and they have a very reasonable price for it: USD 289. For comparison: my father paid about the same for it in China, rougly 290USD or 210 EUR. Difference is: I'll save shipping which should be around 30-50 USD, and hopefully taxes.
I doubt you'll find it for a price like that in a European store, even with the 30% added tax. One trick I have used in the past is to have the seller put EUR 100 as value on the invoice, so you'll only pay roughly half of the taxes.
