Just take any picture you fancy and re-size it to 240x320 and save it as a JPG. Copy this to the phone (either SD card or MPT) and then install the picture as a wallpaper. Or just take a picture on the camera - there is an option to make all those pictures into wall papers.

PS: If you are looking for some free software to manipulate the images, Google IRFanView (viewer that allows simply manipulation) or The GIMP (full image editor but complex). Both these apps are freeware.
