I agree Edge GPRS is fine for me, but depending on service provider it can get expensive. I'm with Cingular & have unlimited media net (unlimited thats funny) Cingular told me that excessive use like using my phone to connect my Laptop, or downloading large files, I will be charged extra. Thats not unlimited to me, if I'm paying for unlimited thats what I should get.
Wanan here a funy story .... While Bell (Local service provider in Canada) gives unlimited MP3 download for 20 $ /month
Fid0 Charges you 5 cents / kb .... I have afriend who got charged 8000 $ CAD for chatting on msn 2 weeks long !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Of course he argued , they 1st offered 25 % then 50 % . then finsly they removed the fee . I did a few 1 MB speed tests on my phone this month I hope I wont be charged 5 Cents each kb cuz they gonna hear about it !!!!!!!!

Been a Moto Fan Since the First Vader ....Yup I taught I was real cool Back in '98 with the James Bond Phone and the Mi2 sunglasses .... Only 'dumb' question is the one you do not ask ...

I'd love to see support for SDIO cards... That would be awesome. Sometimes my gf family comes over and they want to get on, but I'm an admin of a forum so i need to be on alot, this would be cool to have.

Is anyone already try to use "SDIO Cards" for "Motorola Rokr E6"?
I ask to someone who sell "SDIO Cards"; he said "SDIO Cards" doesn't support "Linux Mobile". Is that true?

It's not a matter of if the SDIO card supports linux, it's actually vice-versa. All it needs is the drivers for SDIO in the linux itself. Once that is there, one just needs a program to turn it on and off. That would be the hardest part. But imagine having wifi on the ROKR E6 or ROKR E2 even...

Guys i was an e680 owner and i upgraded twice to e680i by using instructions on this forum by using latest firmwares that our asian friends released here, as a result the device became an immaculate phone.
Now I m willing to buy rokr e6 but it lacks wifi connectivity from this reason i led myself to gsmart i120 because it has wifi plus some other features. However i would rather buy a rokr e6, because i m a motorola fan too. i keep my hopes for a firmware written by our asian friends implementing wifi connectivity to rokr e6 like they did on e680 thats the reason i check this forum frequently in the week time
