Issue with the "speaking phone"

hey people!! got an issue with my phone, again. the problem is the damn thing keeps on telling me the time every hour!!! i cant deactivate or whatever, its so bloody annoying when the phone all of a sudden goes "the time is 4 pm"!!!
would really appreciate it if someone could help me regarding this..and btw i have the nightfox v7 firmware....

open Alarmclock application
click on bottom-right side of the screen for menu
select Time Speaking
unselect all check-boxes
click on ok and then save
