This happens when you mount files from SD card over rootfs
    for example
    when you have swap activated
    or font changed

it seems you don't know how Linux works
you need to make some work around like if you have ekonsole installed on phone then enter mount command to check what is the output
that will tell you things that have been mounted in file system just unmount things that have been mounted from /mmc/mmca1
    command:
    mount | grep "/mmc/mmca1"
    otherwise
if you don't know anything how to do these things
then simply power off your phone remove the SD card and then power on the phone after phone starts completely insert the SD card and then use normally then it will work
