E6 Bugs or Errors

Hello, i have had my phone for about two weeks now. Lately i have been getting a lot of freezing. The phone doesnt end the phone call, but instead it makes a really loud wierd sound coming from the speaker in the back. Another problem that i have is the vibrate. Its not really a big deal, but my vibrate is getting louder and louder each day. What should i do about the phone's freezing problem and that wierd sound?
