Default Move from 680i to E6?

So has anyone made the move from the 680 to the new E6. What did you find. Good or bad. big improvement?

Hmm... in all honesty after using these 2 phones, i don't really find much of a difference between the two but i will just list em out so u can make your own judgement. (All comparisons made without edits to the phone, so don't shoot me up for what i say )

    E6
    Pros
    -Slim design
-Longer, more comfortable stylus (IMO at least )
    -Slightly improved interface
    -Dedicated music player controls
    -3.5mm headset jack
    -256k colour screen
    -A2DP support alot more stable
    -2MP camera

    Cons
    -Only 1 speaker unit
-No 'ooomph' to the bass when playing music through loudspeaker.
    -No voicedial
    -only 8MB internal memory

    E680i

    Pros
    -3D surround speakers
-Easier to edit due to source codes being readily available (probably only for the time being though)
    -64mb free internal memory.

    Cons
    -Bulky and quite abit heavier
-stylus a little too short for comfort
-Interface tends to be a little slower in terms of response.

Basically thats about all the main differences I can think of at the moment, the rest are mostly slight nuances that isn't exactly good nor bad, just a different style of usage. Hope this helps.

    Cheers!

It's like the a1200 (ming) put inside a slvr casing.
if you care about looks, then the e690 (e6) is a good candidate
otherwise, stick with your e680/i/g, a780, or a1200 if you have one
if you want to wait, then I recommend that

Default Well, These are my findings

I have had my 380i since they first came on the market. Since then it has lived in my pocket, Center console of the truck and on the floor in my car. No cover or protection. To this date it is still in new condition however quickly call dropping and boredom have led me to purchase a new phone.

Nothing on the market really appealed except for the E6. Now these observations are going to be trickled through as I live and work with the phone.
First impressions. Wow. Its has to be about the best phone I have ever seen. Down at the pub all us techies represent ourselves by the electronics we empty from our pockets. Well the E6 put me miles ahead. Looks damm sexy. Sort of like a Ipod smooth look. It is thin, smooth and black. Everyone's interest is captivated. Then the wow factors is the Business card capture. Works brilliant. Case closed.

Now, actual use. I have reasonably big hands. Brought up on a farm and now fixing computer. The Phone fits great. Versus the 680 all the common apps are a lot faster. SMS, Contacts are quicker. Touch screen is a little less sensitive but works heaps better when selecting contacts etc with a big thumb. Can even type a message. The stylus is bigger and better.

Love the battery life. 3 days now and still full charge. The 680 was okay but still got stretched on the odd WE. The E6's battery is brill. Extra capacity pushes it into an area of no concern.

Camera is a massive improvement. Both in brightness, resolution and also software.

Realplayer is now useful. Still can't play any videos but hoping ZMplayer will get sorted soon.

Anyway. Stay tuned. More to come and wack any questions my way. So far I would definitely recommend this phone
