Need Real Help for Motorokr E6

Hi All,
I had some booting issues with my Motorokr E6 and I went to the technician for repair. He had installed some kind of OS which has a weird look and doesn't look attractive. My Mobile is now just a dummy set. I need help from you guys, to get the correct OS installed in my Motorokr E6 handset.

Required is:
1) Which is the correct and original OS for Motorokr E6 ?
2) Where can I find that ?
3) How to install it and can I do it by my own?
4) Does it involves risk of Mobile current OS crash?

Really need help on this guys. Please let me know the solution ASAP.

you just need to download few tools and read some things before you could do that

Installation
* Install Motorola USB Driver
* Install Motorola RSD Lite v4.5.5

Preparation
* FULL CHARGE your phone's battery
* Make sure you have read all flashing notes before you flash your phone

Required
* USB Cable
* Motorola E6 Phone
* Windows PC (XP/Vista/7)

Procedure
* power off your phone and then press (camera key + power key ) combo to switch to flash mode [RED SCREEN WITH MBM_FLASH_MODE]
* connect your phone to PC using USB cable
* Start RSD Lite it will start installing drivers let it complete
-- it will detect phone as NS FLASH BULVERDE
* select the firmware you want to flash GENERIC or MODDED
* click on START to start flashing
-- wait until it completes it will show PASS in progress status when its complete and your phone will boot automatically
