Trouble

Hiii frnzzz my rokr's Screen is completely white....
theres no loose connection problem I've already checked it....

I googled n found that the two glass ic near the lcd connector panel needs to b replaced ....
the no. on these IC's is 68vcr7 I'm not able to find these components in market...
tell me what should I do where can I get these....
or can they be short connected... ???
any suggestion plzzz.....

Better ask any Mobile repair shop to repair it as non-technician would make the condition worse

so better search for shop where it will get repaired
