help to buy new touchscreen for e6

i am from raipur chattisgarh my e6 touch screen has not been working since 2 months.i have given to moto care at raipur he said that hardware(may be digitizer i think) was not available.can i get that from anywhere else?he said that it is not available anywhere.please suggest me what to do.thanks

1year ago when i was goto the mobile whole seller in pune he had a few originnal front part of e6 including touch pad for 1k

1.my touch screen is not working
2.even the back light is not switching off(before giving to moto care it was not like that)
3.i can connect to internet via motorola phone tools..
4.i can receive call
5.i can make a call
i think u have understood everything about my phone..

No Motorola service center people will not change the parts if you provide them

well there is a high possibility that your digitizer has problem you can search for threads on how to replace digitizer as it has already been discussed many times

well if you feel that its difficult for you then you can ask mobile repair shops to do that for you
they will take a small charge for that

..give a try man,its easy but for the first time might be worry but ok ....it just like Pc assembling no wires nothing ...everything will be in buses jointing,dont use metal tool to open it ....well i dont use anything except screw driver

I think it is safe to say that you can have it fixed through motorola without all the hassle.
