New Firmware Concept

hey hi guys,jst out of my curiosity,just wanted to from the upper modders here,that can we format the whole root file system on e6 and then try to port some new firmwares or other OS or working environments like openmoko or qtopia which are still not very stable on e6 or a1200,the next generations firmwares can be made to use the whole screen removing the upper docklet that contains menu,contacts,messages and keypad and giving it a whole a new look ...i found something interesting on www.modmymobile.com ,i dunnoe wat exactly it is .bt though its a mpkg file it must be system application,i tired to install it on my rokr e6,but it didn't worked ,nothing happend...m nt good at programming or scripting bt those who are pls hav a look at this and help us get something new on our e6.here goes the link ,hav a look plss...

its not at all for E6/A1200 complete waste of time :P

@kundan ,i dunnoe exactly but it was smthn related to e6 only,i hope u might have seen the snapshots there....well neways i wantd to knw is there ne way to change the whole gui of e6.???

i hope that i can get ma E6 to hav WIDGETS on the mainscreen just like in "MFUNS's A1200-Perfect-Wagner" but.... i dunno how this was discussed by Shantanu couple times ago but still i'm courious why can't we have this FW til now................

because no one is interested in that... same as me as there are very few widgets app.. so why making such firmware. ...
