Touch screen not calibrating

Hi,

I flashed my e6 with a firmware and after that the touchscreen is not working properly.
It's only the lower right section that is giving problem. I re-flashed it back to original firmware and the problem has improved a little bit but not completely and I'm unable to recalibrate it as the lower right section is not working so cannot calibrate it.

Has anybody faced this situation? and how to fix it?

what about Master clear then master reset .... same ?
