    Default "Operation Failed" Why!!

    Many times while moving/copying/deleting files from e6 the phone says "delete file failed/operation failed"
    Why this happens?
    To get rid from this problem there are two ways which i have to perform.
    I have to master reset the phone whenever this problem occurs.
    but it resets the settings of my e6 which i dont want to do.
    & another way is "i have to switch off the phone, remove the sim , then turn on the phone,then again turn off the phone insert the sim then again turn on the phone.
    but this is getting annoying. what should i do to get rid of this.
    Does anybody have this problem?

    This is common problem. Certain db files, lib files, certain virus which infects your phone cannot be deleted. And even if you format memory card, again you will face problem. There is no solution for this. Just connect your phone to PC & delete them. Sometimes these files cannot be seen if you have set option to view hidden files. Just make a blank .rar file, open it, go to your phone directory. You can delete them. Cause for this is not known.

    @kundan
    Kundan I tried it many times but didnt work for me.

    @prasannars
    No prassanars I am not talking about those virus files like "RECYCLER" which can be deleted from PC but not from phone.
    I am talking about General file of daily use like mp3, jar and any file.
    Prassanars whenever i face this problem (operation failed) even if i connect to PC for deleting / moving etc the computer also cannot delete those files.

    I wonder and hate if there one or more viruses infecting or EZX. I think it should be safely protected from those "deadly bugz"... except for the SDcard :'( :'(

    Yes... E6 is having MicroSD with Adapter. Accidentaly you might have moved the mechanical lock to lock position... I never faced problem with .mp3 or other commonly used filed.
