Alarms not ringing

I have run into a crises with my beloved E6 phone. All the alarms which I set in my calendar before 8:00 A.M. do not ring at all !! But alarms after 8:00 A.M ring very well ! Can you tell me why is it so?

No, not understanding why so.. Try master reset. Problem may be resolved..

Thanks prassana. But how do you do a master reset? Does it delete everything in the phone memory and also the microSD card?

well yes it will erase all data on phone master reset is in the settings menu and it will ask for security code to master reset and it will not touch any data on your SD card so you can do it if you need to

Absolutely not.. Master rest will not touch any data on your phone or memory card. To master reset go to Setup > Master reset. Default security code is 000000 (6 Zero)
