this for reliance gsm "smart" its working in Godda, Jharkhand i got it from intrnet, man wait for some contiously try or search net for this trick by given code.

Dude its working in Chattisgadh also..
Very bad connection server..
Its works on any apn name ex- rwap,smartnet,rcomwap,TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNET any apn u use and it connects automitically...
Kisi particular time me chalta hai ya to chalta hi nahi bilkul...
