microphone is not working

this is my problem i have e6 buyed it in 2006, got touch screen damaged so needed two yrs for get it repaired(service center asked me 9000/- bullshit).now i have new problem after repaiing it was ok i used it for one year and suddenly it microphone stopped working, i flashed it with motofunvn.com flashware provided here and it again start working but suddenly it stopped working i flashed with original firmware(.08 ) and then to get no gain, with ahman no, and a recent firmware but it stopped working of my headphone mic also
well i am using motofunvn,com firmware with my headphone mic, i am fine but phone mic would be better

I mean in generic .08 it does not give any problem?

I was faced same problem.... even my headphones microphone were not worked .....
den I prefer bluetooth now its perfect .....
I m going to moto care for the same shortly...... i think its costing nt more than Rs. 250, M i ri8 Kundan???

I think more than that they take around this for their service even if they don't repair...

By The way I am still confused that his phone's microphone is working with any firmware or not ?

well i think it as more software problem then hardware problem well from part of service center i wouldnot go rather then just put my mobile in dustbin they say that they need to replace entire mobile and tell cost 9000(the cost of mobile at that time i purchased at 13800)
well my mobile microphone is not working with any firmware i have tested, more to this it give a more negative result when i tested with a latest firmware that wipped out sound from my headphone mics also?

i just wanna know isnt there is some thing like updating audio driver in mobile as i feel if it is harware then there must be some driver also, as when i hsve transtion from one firmware to other it gave me the microphone working for two weeks and suddenly disappered

I think here is no software for troubleshoot microphone......
I told u I ware faced same problem... I fixed it via using Bluetooth.... u shld use E6 bluetooth...
