Default Help needed for E6 flashing problem

Hi All,

I need some help. I tried to upgrade a E6 phone. Software Version: ZX_N_01.00.08I. Boot module: BOOT_G_00.02.25_PENGLAI.
I've put in MBM flah mode (red screen) and tried to flash using RSD Lite. Unfortunatly the process does not complete successfully. The flash arrives at 26% (or 24% depending on the firmware) and it is blocked (the status message is: "Interface BP: phone is powering DOWN!!!").

I've tried different firmware file (generic or modded), different version of RSD on differet PCs, etc. but I cannot complete the flash, so the phone is now unusable.

Any suggestion on how to solve the problem? thanks in advance for the help.

"Interface BP: phone is powering DOWN!!!")

This is a very normal message. It is a part of the flashing process.

Nevertheless , what I would suggest is:

Get a new battery.
Use RSD lite---3.6
Put phone in modem mode manually from setup and connect to PC USB Port 1.
Start RSD lite--Show Device--Start.

*I hope you are using Xp!

I changed the battery (using another one that was fully charged using another phone), installed RSD 3.6 and the Motorola drivers on a XP-SP2 (a "clean" machines, without any previous versions of RSD/drivers installed). I was not able to put the phone in modem mode, since it does not boot up to operative system (just showing the moto logo after turning on). Then started again the flashing process. After completing some flashing phases (image file creation, loading ram donwloader for bootloader, Interface BP: flashing code group 1, and 3, then checksum) it is just blocked with status "phone is processing data, please wait". I have waited more than 30 minutes, but no progress.
I also tried flashing using USB BP pass through mode, but just received the "phone is not compatible with multi-interface super-file" message.
I used different firmwares and tried a lot of times. No results. is it needed a particular firmware with this version of the bootloader? is it possible to replace the bootloader with a new one? How to do this?
Any other suggestion on what to try?

Before we rather look into complexities of the solution , I would suggest a final fling with Flashing using radiocomm:

I've tried with RC as suggested (same version of program as indicated in the link and also same version for the drivers). Here is the log (just removed not useful lines):

creation of image file completed
loading RAM Downloader for Bootloader
waiting for reenumeration (at this point the display turns off)
erasing flash
erase complete
flashing code group 31
loading RAM Downloader for Bootloader
code group 31 flashed
flashing code group 32
code group 32 flashed
flashing code group 33
code group 33 flashed
flashing code group 34
code group 34 flashed
erasing flash memory
erase complete
flashing code group 0
code group 0 flashed
flashing code group 1
code group 1 flashed
...
executed 23%
phone is processig data, please wait
executed 25%
code group 1 flashed
flashing code group 2
executed 26%
code group 2 flashed
Same for 3, 7 and 18
verifyng checksums...
code group 0 checksums match
Same for 1,2,3,7 and 18
Phone is powering down!!!

I waited until timeout (900 secs) and the process failed. I've tried with different (generic and modded) firmwares and also with different batteries (SNN5769A, 3.6V and BK70 3,7V). Same results as using RSD...

I'm not sure the motocare will support, since is an "engineer marketing" model. Fortunatly I have some other units to play with, but I was interested to try the various fw, also because they have language packs.
This was the fw version extracted from RC:

Setup: GAI_GENERIC_RELSPENGLAI_S012
Language: CSCEZX_N_01.00.08I_LANG004DA
Resource: GAI_GENERIC_RELSPENGLAI_CSCEZX_N_01.00.08I_R001
SecureSetup: GAI_GENERIC_RELSPENGLAI_E004

I just realized that the firmwares in the site have the "MACAU" code name, while this is called "PENGLAI". Any idea of what could be a compatible version? Is it possible to extract the firmware from another model and flash on this? Is there some tool to do this (the Flashbackup program does not recognize it). Thanks.
