Can't enter unlock code. Plz help. it's urgent!

Dear Motorola fans,
I have a serious problem nw.. I had installed the fingerpad on my fone.. and using that i changed my fone unlock code 2 'neha'.. and then i locked my fone.. Nw, it seems impossible to enter the code in the Unlock code screen unless u ppl suggest something.. please do something.. i have many smses & data in d fone memory which i dont want 2 b deleted.

You have messed it up.The phone unlock option after locking allows only numerals to be put in.I guess all you can do is flash it.Nevertheless try putting in ''1234'' or ''000000''or as far as ''neha'' is concerned key in-> 6342

try last 4 numbers of ur phone number .... i have read in manual ..for me its not working
