any application for arranging app after flash

hi guys is there any app so we could arrange the application according to category wise after flashing the phone as the app place before flash?BECAUSE IF THERE ARE TO MANY APP THAN HALF TIME WASTE IN ARRANGING THAT AFTER FLASH.

Yea, which is why people are not supposed to flash everytime they drink water.

yeah the buddies did not want to arrange all the icons in the related tab after flashing

yes backup is must i always do this but when there is a new app in the f/w then after restore it wont appear but i dont think there is a need for app. for arranging app.
