you won't be able to install this in your motorola e6/a1200 as this is a p2k skin... not a java app or pkg or anything else... so that's it.. it won't work
this skin should work on a motorola e398 or rokr e1 and v3x maybe

Yep. At the most, you could extract icons from it, and build a theme from there. But then again, there are tonnes of iPhone themes in the mototheme section
