Back when i had nokia, i used to have a camera games called mosquito.
Ur camera would be on and along with wat ur cameras shows on screen u had mostqitos flying around on the screen, u had to move ur phone so that u aim at the little creature and Zap it,

Is somethign like this possible with E6

the thing is its in .sis format , is it possible to convert it..
will try to find a java version if available

No, currently there is not option to run/convert .sis to E6 compatible.
Only Java/pkg are supported as of now
