Root folder of the memory card? Or the phone file system?

Pkg applications can do it for you.

This can let you read root folder from phone:

    App: LinkSys - MotorolaFans.com Forums

Then you can connect phone to usb mode and set the windows settings to ''view hidden files and folders'' and then you will be able to view the .system folder on the pc.As for the phone view you have to use pkgs.

The you have got to telnet into the phone!

Either flash to modded f/w to enable easy access to telnet or read this guide:

Now just go to setup> usb mode>usb net>save.
    >connect the phone to pc through usb cable.

Open internet explorer and key in:

    \\192.168.16.2\system

Then navigate to the desired folder and make the changes.

I have already provided you linksys application , simple put the file in root of memory card and hit install.

    Contact for any assistance.
