Hi frnd, I am facing problem on My E6. wen it turn on, its displaying nothing except starting (Welcome) screen.
USB Mode not working. Its hang wen i turn on the phone

Hey Welcome to Motorolafans.com.

Relax.There is nothing to panic.

Since you are nervous I would say that If the phone hangs , then it is unable to load the OS.In that case you can get nothing out of plugging your phone into pc and then transferring data i.e. the USB mode will not work , just as your case is.

Surely I would like some info:

Is this your new phone? You bought it lately ?
Is this the first time ? (in case the phone is old)
Did you mod it i.e. made changes to it or in the first place where you ever able to switch it on normally?

Assuming that this is the first time you have switched it on and it hangs , immediately take it to Motocare centre for repair.

If the phone is old and you have installed themes or modded it in general, then eject your memory card and take out the battery for 15 minutes or so.Plug in the charger and let the phone charge.restart the phone without the memory card.

If this fails then your only way out is flashing the phone.

help plz... yesterday i flash my newly bought e6 from R535H10_G_11.87.22p to R533_G_11.12.08P, but after flashing with.08p firmware my camera is not working...it opens black screen & wen i click on capture, notthing haapen...........i m very tense..plz help me wat would i do & same happens with recording video

This a common bug faced when anyone tries to migrate from .22p generic to .08p generic.

I would suggest you first flash to Konig's .22p and then flash to .08p.

Yeah cud u plz guide me through dat firmware thing. . . I 've gt d same problem . .mymoto is old. . i installed numerous themes. . and suddenly when i was changing the theme normally again it got hanged at d startup screen and never loaded d OS. .

I've never flashed b4. . mines a 0.8 version of firmware. .
i don wanna waste my money on flashing it from sumbody outside. .
plz help me!!
