u can't change it yourself.It comes with theme.Try changing theme.

Or you can modify it yourself by extracting and changing parts of the iconres.ezx file of any theme.

Go to the thread and click on the post number. Like your post number in this thread is #4. When you click on it, your browser will automatically create the whole permalink in the address box. You can just copy the entire thingie out of there and paste it in some other post.
