help NEEDED about DELIVERY REPORTS

Hello every1 NAMASTE, Good morning. This is my 1st thread. happy new year 2 all members
I'M using e6. I had flashed wth ! firmware sme time b4.
in ths firmware, delivery reports is defaultly on. eventhough i turn it off manually while sending msg, i receive reports.actually my service provider counts delivery reports as msg n its chargable. i m using BSNL.
How can i turn delivery reports permenently off by defaults. Thank you in advance
