Thread: Translate applications

  1. Default Translate applications

Have seen a lot of times, many a applications come in chinese language....and are needed to be translated to english.

    1)Is translating a application a tough procedure?
2)Can any one give a guide how to do it so that we can do it ourselves.

    Thanks in advance.

You need to possess the language files of the application and change respectively , the coded language in the language you wish to.Indeed a very tough job.You need to be a very good communicator although google translator makes your job a damn lot easy!Translation is very difficult especially in f/w's but can be pretty useful and easy for translating applications

Do a search in the forums and you shall come with something pretty good.

The language files currently for hindi language , if you want , are not availabe for now.Although they are available for english , polish, chinese, vietnamese, etc.A search on language packs can lead you through.

As for translation you need to have the source code for complete revival.
As I do not have much experience in translation , I am pretty useless in this aspect. You can contact other guys who have done the job.

I shall be happy to help for any technical assistance.
