    Nah, I think that it is probably quite an effort to have the predictive text implemented. Otherwise I'm sure we'd have had it by now.

    But I do agree that it is not the best method for text input on such a phone, but probably the best we can get for this type of input method...it is a touchscreen phone after all - and "old" technology - yet I've never been happier (..with my A1200)!

    Is RunScript being executed? If it is there will be a RunScript.log file from the root of your memory card (hope you selected it from the list in Yan0_Start). Sometimes I find FingerPad isn't mounted, then I just restart the phone. You did look at the available keyboards hey? 'Coz it will be in the list.

    @anshulbindal.
    I'm on C2 track as well and it works perfectly. A bit more detail please.
    Simply put: If your firmware does not support startup scripts you can make use of RunScript together with Yan0's Startup Utility. You use Yan0's app to execute RunScript during system boot, and RunScript in turn, executes the startup script file ("autorun.lin", located in RunScripts install directory).

    So the file "autorun.lin" is the startup file in this scenario. Exactly as you would use any startup script in a firmware supporting it (eg, startup.txt / startup1.txt), so you would utilise this file. It only contains extra scripts at the beginning, but that's all!

    thank you for the response..

    1. i have made all the required, setting. yes i have checked runscript under Yan0_Start
    2. well i even tired running the lin script eknsole.. was not able too..
    3. i tried to check if the Runscript was working at'll
    4 it is not working = RunScript.log is not getting generated even if i run manually
    5. not sure wht to do here
    6. yes
    7. i discovered that there are no logs for the same even running it manual
    8. yes i have checked the kep pad options i do not see the finger pad option

    What i am thinking is, the runscript is not working and not mounting the files...

    Look at your autorun .lin file, maybe the .log file is being placed elsewhere! Double check where this file should be placed, and then check that directory.

    Of course, if you edited the autorun file, remember it must remain in UNIX format.
