But, what is the error you are getting when you click that link of Rapidshare?
I have successfully downloaded it for confirmation.
Maybe there is a server problem ( which is common at rapidshare these days) or too much traffic , but the true error can only be detected if you post the error you get.

Now if you want it to be uploaded on another server , contact the author of the thread , as thread starters usually keep a link uploaded on another server.
