how to transfer java app frm phone memory to memory card?

i have installed CELLSAFE app in phone memory and i have stored all the passwords in dat application but now i want to tranfer the app in memory card without loosing the data i have stored in the application how it is done ??coz entering the data again it will take alot of time so is ther any way to transfer the application without loosing the data frm phone memory to memory plz help me out frnds....
