(Ubunutu/iRok hybrid)Call icon problems

Hello guys, I am having a little issue with my first theme.

I really like the iRok theme, but I like the menu icons from the Ubuntu theme. So I wanted to add those icons to the iRoke theme and change a couple of other things.

Well I have one little problem.

The first picture is my phone as it should look, well when the notification comes up, the icons on the left side, distort. It looks like there is a part of the icon still visible from when the icons shifted, while notification was flashing.

How do I fix this?

I was thinking that possibly the menu and message icons need to be bigger. I was just wondering if anyone knew which icons to edit.
there was what seems to be a least ten of the same picture in the icons. Now that I think about it, I didn't double check to make sure everythin was the right size. I used one size for every one. Can this be done or is that, itself the problem?

I got it.

"_B_" is the "big" icons; "_s_" is the small icons.

I used the wrong size gifs.

Also, I put this in the wrong forum..Sorry.
