LCD/Digitizer/Keypad

The keypad on my ROKR E6 is coming up. It appears that it was slightly damaged. I have ordered a replacement keypad. How do I replace the keypad? Do I need to open the entire phone or can I replace the keypad without unscrewing anything. If I do need to open the phone, do I need to remove the LCD and digitizer?

Any help or guides would be greatly appreciated.
