Phonebook backup

previously i backed up my contacts with mpt. today when i started again for backup it could not read phone memory. win xp shows multimedia software error.
one more thing i have 3-4 mobile nos. under 1 contact name but mpt doesn't back up all nos.
is there any other way to make aback up?

make a back-up with amins super assistant or LINA (super assistant II)

i think u needs the latest MPT v5.0

a) first install MPT v5.0 and follow by install usb driver v3.5.0
b) launch MPT, it will be live-updated to v5.10a as August 2008

1) did u install latest mpt then follow by usb driver ?
2) did u set usb mode to modem use mpt software ?
3) mpt run it in windows xp or windows vista version ?

the problem is that this MPT is not recognizing the E6.

u may be try the following step,


1) master reset your E6
it will reverse back to factory setting
then launch MPT and connect your E6 again
check whether this way work or not ?


2) uninstall MPT and usb driver from
"Add & Remove Programs" in control panel
install again MPT and follow by usb driver
then launch MPT and connect your E6 again
check whether this way work or not ?
