In this topic I'll put things I find about the phone, from it's files. For now just two (but important) hacks, more to come. I don't know if that was already posted on this forum on anywhere, so sorry if these are duplicate. It's just my personal research thread

0. How to modify files?
When you're told to modify a file from phone, it means that you have to:
- Copy it from the given location to the root of the SD CARD
- Get it to your PC
- Modify as you were told, using decent editor (I use notepad2 for this kind of editing)
- Put back on SD CARD
- Copy back to original location

1. Change all 4 shortcuts (better way)
- Get /ezx_user/download/appwrite/setup/ezx_idle.cfg
- Look for "shortcut_N_freeze = 1"
- Change it to "shortcut_N_freeze = 0"
- Save, go to home screen setup and modify all four shortcuts

2. Change two hardware buttons (the browser+custom)
- Set to custom key (the right one) the program you want to have at the non-configurable key (the left one)
- Get /ezx_user/download/appwrite/setup/ezx_hardkey.cfg
- Copy value of "customizedKey" into "carrierKey"
- Save changes, go to customized key setup, set it to other program and save.
- Now both buttons are configured to your needs

ad 1. there is sticky topic explaining how to change shortcuts, but it's unneeded and ugly solution, mine's better.

3. Hack your FM Radio
- Get /ezx_user/download/appwrite/setup/ezx_fmradio.cfg
- Modify BandLimitHigh and BandLimitLow (to e.g. 550000/0)
- Save & test - now you can use very low and very high frequences.
- Modify MinFreqSeperation to change the frequency skip
- Modify TotalStations to change the max stations limit

maybe u can hack the video recording for our phone too,(30 fps video recording).Thank u for ur hack.it very helpfull for us especially for newbie.thank a lot

may i ask,
do we need to install any software / tools
in order finding the following .cfg files u posted ?

Get /ezx_user/download/appwrite/setup/ezx_idle.cfg
Get /ezx_user/download/appwrite/setup/ezx_hardkey.cfg
Get /ezx_user/download/appwrite/setup/ezx_fmradio.cfg

if possible, pls show step by step ... " how and where "
it is very important steps for newbie to understand the whole process.

used apps mfile or xptools from cynique to browse and find and edit the cfg

or ekonsole
for eg, to copy the hardkey.cfg file to the mem card, type this in ekonsole:
cp /ezx_user/download/appwrite/setup/ezx_hardkey.cfg /mmc/mmca1
then make the necessary changes in notepad++ and then copy it back to the phone

2) INFO: easy way - change shortcut 1 & 2 and carrier key

I just telnet to my phone, issue normal commands to copy/list directories etc.
Btw, did anyone get radio hack running and he found something in the very low/very high band? As for now (it takes time..) all I hear in the hacked baud is noise.
