If it soes not support pkg installation , simply replacing the .system folder wont do.
If you do so , you won't be able to run those applications.
    I guess your f/w is .22p.

You will have to flash out of your f/w to a f/w that supports pkg installation.

    Read the stickys and flash.

For any assistance whatsoever , just pm me or check back in this thread.

    I suggest Konig's .22p with mpkg support.

    Your f/w is .08p.

This f/w is the most stable and fast f/w.You can choose to stay with it or choose to flash with a variant of .08p.

Your f/w supports pkg installation so you can set aside the flashing program for a few months if your phone is new.

Flashing voids your warranty but flashing to a variant of same f/w makes it difficult for the moto people to check if a flash has been performed. So dont worry , you can flash if you wish.

Look here for complete flashing details and I suggest you Ahman's hybrid if you want to flash although a f/w is a matter of choice.

    Look here:

    Ahman's hybrid:

E6 08P firmware mod with Voice Recognition - MotorolaFans.com Forums

Completely charge your battery before flashing .

Neither motorolafans.com nor Motomaster™ will be responsible for any damage you cause to your phone.

For any further assistance whatsoever pm me.

Patience my friend , i don't waste my time misguiding anyone.Your f/w surely supports pkg.I used it for 1 damn year with no problems.

The only solution if you have properly done the replacement is
that you format your memory card and retry.

Also , when clicking mpkg installer from menu it does not open , you have surely not installed it properly. It must open up offering enabling of uninstallation mode.

Recheck your .system folder replacement after formatting your memory card.

    And repeat the steps.
