mpkg not working

hey guys!!
my trouble started when i got my rokr e6 reset from the customer care..after that on inserting the memory card i found that my mpkg software and LIN were not working and it showed a sign with "!" sign..showing that it had no registry in the phone.i then reset my memory card and replaced the system file but still its not working.hence i m not able to use any .pkg software.
has it happened because of an updated version..if so how will i b able to run .pkg applications???
plzz help me out how to cure this problem..

the service center flashed your phone(that's usually their solution to just about everything), you'll have to re-install MPKG . if it was flashed to a Firmware that doesn't support MPKG you'll haveta flash it to one that does. What Firmware is CURRENTLY on your phone?
