mpkg not working

hey guys!!
my trouble started when i got my rokr e6 reset from the customer care..after that on inserting the memory card i found that my mpkg software and LIN were not working and it showed a sign with "!" sign..showing that it had no registry in the phone.i then reset my memory card and replaced the system file but still its not working.hence i m not able to use any .pkg software.
plzz help me out how to cure this problem..

as far as i know mpkg doesnt work on 10P

yea, i dont know what they did in the 'reset', but it's possible they might have flashed your phone to a more recent firmware. 10p and none of the Rs support pkg installation.

even i hav a rokr e6 with 10p f/w and i dont wana flash it but i do want to install .pkg files.
is there a solution?
can .pkg file be converted to some other format?
& does flashing ur phone to a different f/w loose its warranty?

Nope, no other solution.
I'd recommend the following:
Download a couple of firmware, one that you want to flash to, and the second, a copy of your firmware, a link to which would be available here somewhere.
This way, you can flash your phone to enjoy the apps. when the time comes to take the phone to Customer service (if required only), then flash it back to the original firmware. There is a very low chance that they will check whether its flashed or no.

Dont worry about the frequency of flashing.
Flash as many times as you want but yes, follow all the instructions carefully.
For first time flashers i would suggest generic .08p.
