Have all the powers? You look like you need a light saber (Read: Star Wars weapon).

Anyway, the thing is, you are running a firmware which will not accept installation of native applications, and your best option is to flash out to a different firmware. There are a lot of threads on these, so search around a bit.

If you're talking about jad/jar files not installing, then we have a whole new problem.

First of all, you have to know what firmware you're currently using. for this, go to the dialpad and type WWW008W. to get a W in there, go to advanced options (three horizontal lines on bottm left of screen) and click on Insert-> insert wait.
when you get the popup after this, note the numbers at the end of the first line. Mine reads R533_G_11.12.06P, therefore my firmware version is .06p

Theres a good chance that you're running .10p generic. You may have to flash it inorder to be able to install pkg files

Type *#06#, you'll get the IMEI number. If you take out the battery, you'll find the same number underneath. Kunal is correct, flashing will not delete the IMEI number as it is unique to your device from the manufacturer to identify it in a network, meaning it will be there irrespective of whether you want it or no.
